- Delivery Time: Your SUKON foundation travels via our global logistic partner, which typically takes 7 to 12 business days to arrive at your door. We prioritize safe handling and precise tracking over rushed transit to ensure your items arrive perfectly intact.
Duties, Taxes, and Hidden Fees: Handled by Us To honor the "Daily Trust" you place in us, we operate on a strict Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The total amount you pay at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and local taxes. We guarantee there will be absolutely no additional charges or hidden fees upon delivery. We've got you covered—all tariffs and customs fees are on us.
Contactless & Seamless Handover (Why We Don't Offer COD) At SUKON, we are committed to providing a seamless, premium, and 100% contactless delivery experience. Because our products are intimate foundation layers designed with the highest hygiene standards, we exclusively accept secure prepaid online payments (Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard) and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
